Franchesca, a mother and author, has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a major in Counselling, and a Master of Social Work. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers; and has worked for Australia's leading bullying prevention charity, Bully Zero - founding its blog, Brave.

With a rich understanding of trauma - specialising in case management and counselling support for victim-survivors of abuse, Franchesca writes, partakes in interviews, and facilitates in-person and online presentations on notions correlating to mental health and behaviour - actively collaborating with organisations across Australia.

When working alongside clients who may view themselves in a negative light, Franchesca implements a trauma-informed lens to help shift personal perspective from ‘What is wrong with me?’ to ‘What happened to me?’ Franchesca hopes that upon completion of therapy, clients will be able to hold meaningful emotive space for self-compassion - inevitably aiding in their healing.
